Programme - Finding Confidence
So often I meet people who say I want to be more confident, but when we look at what that really means, the answer is often very different for different people. An overall sense of confidence can have a huge impact on performance, self-belief and experiences. So if everyone’s sense of confidence is different, how do you find yours?
This programme will first help you find what confidence is to you, what having it would mean to you, and finally how to achieve it. The sessions will focus on the differences you notice when you lack confidence,what is influencing this and then look to adapt your mindset and remove unhelpful beliefs. We will measure the changes you notice in your confidence levels, allowing you to achieve confidence in any situation!
The programme draws on techniques from performance coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), motivational interviewing and mindfulness. It will expand your thinking and therefore the options available to you, increasing your confidence in both your capabilities and awareness of what strategies work best for you. This allows you to use them time and time again in the future.
Coaching is one of the fastest growing forms of one to one support or self-development. It works using simple but insightful questions to concentrate the mind on what you want, as opposed to what you don’t want, and helps you recognise the right way forward, much faster and more efficently than without this support.

For the most part, your coaching will focus on the future. Whilst past experiences will be touched on, this will be with a view to understand how this is impacting on you now and in the future.
